Questions About This Pathway

Is a trade test really necessary?

Yes. To be recognised as a formal "Artisan" and earn at Red Seal rates, you must pass a final trade test after completing your apprenticeship.

Can I study this at a university?

Usually, no. Standard pathway trades are offered at TVET colleges and trade schools. Technical universities (Universities of Technology) offer related diplomas, but trade mastery is college-focused.
