4. Payment and Refunds

Payments for assessments are processed through secure gateways. Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once an assessment has been initiated, unless otherwise required by the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkillsPassport provides career guidance based on scientific assessment data; however, we do not guarantee specific academic or employment outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made based on the results of our assessments.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
